Samus' Mugen PageYou must get the subway stage and Katana/Sodom stage if you're a Final Fight fan! Also, there's some great Metroid stuff there too, making it a must for old-schoolians. Also has excellent tutorials
MUGENSCOZORMUGENSCOZOR: MICROmor's site with characters and stages... MICROmor is also the creator of the Capt. Marvel and Cyclops in my screenshots:) Capt. Marvel is still in development, but is already faithful to the comic. Lots of nice edits, too.
Warmachine MadnessHas a char in the works: Black Bolt. Also has great remixed backgrounds and sprite edits.
Random Select
Full of MUGEN links organized by game series. Incredibly useful resource, especially for those just starting their MUGEN collection. Also has it's own hosted items.
Eternal Anomaly
Nice old-school MUGEN stuff, including Rick-freakin-Norton from Rushing Beat/Rival Turf. Aw, yeah. Plus, a nice selection of stages from older games, too.
Doorhenge
Doorhenge has been one of my favorite stage converters for a loooooong time. His Subcon and Pac-Man stages are must-see material. Also check out all those screenpacks and intros which include the classic 'Everyone vs. Everyone'.

Mugen 2kMugen 2k:A very nice assortment of downloads including items from many of the Mugen worlds best creators... characters, stages, and endings. LOTS of endings... even for World Heroes characters! Also, they have some really nice sprite edits to boot.

Yume no kazeThe home of Tof01, maker of great sprite edits and some very nice stages. He's also a member of the DC vs Marvel Mugen team and made the wonderful sprites of Warmachine (in his real armor) for Erradictor's version of Iron-Man.

Project M:Great Japanese site with a Mugenized Sodom with Katana blades. Lots of cool stuff there!
Sir Tigol and Lord Paul
My favorite thing from this site is the Rick (from Splatterhouse), these two have some AoF stages and a Space Harrier stage. Best of all, they have an Altered Beast character in the works!
Cyber-Bit Mugen
One of the widest variety of characters I've seen on one site! Sho/Ninja Commando, Cammy from SF the Movie, Scorpion from MK1, Ultraman, Damnd and many more characters can be found here.Chances are, something from your favorite fighting game series is here!

DC vs Marvel: The game that any decent comic fan has wanted to see will be done in MUGEN!
This group is currently working on an X-Men Mugen game featuring characters that never appeared in the Capcom games like Havok, Mystique, Sinister, Banshee and many others!
Fantastic Four Project: Another great Mugen game idea that will more new characters than almost every other project I've seen. Plus, I'm a fan of the F.F. which makes me look forward to this one quite a bit!
