Couldn&#8217;t let the 8th month&#8217;s 9th day go by without at least a little 1989 flavor, so Abigail from Final Fight gets a Street Fighter Alpha 3 Vs. portrait! <\/p>\n<p><center><IMG SRC=\"promo\/gfxgen_2026-08-09_abigail-vs-andore.png\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been added to the custom <a href=\"https:\/\/scrollboss.illmosis.net\/customsprites.php?g=portraits-sfa3\">SFA3 portrait gallery<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/scrollboss.illmosis.net\/gfxgen.php?g=sfa3\">SFA 3 GFX Generator<\/a>, where you can make your own Vs screen with the real portraits from that game and a lot of other Final Fight and other cameo characters. Meanwhile in <a href=\"https:\/\/scrollboss.illmosis.net\/gfxgen_fightsize.php\">the main image generator<\/a>, I&#8217;ve finally added the 1989 lobby background that appeared in some videos, but with a brand-new poster: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade!<\/p>\n<p><center><IMG SRC=\"promo\/gfxgen_2026-08-09_theaterlobby.png\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>This was a last minute addition, but it gave me an excuse to look at some posters of the late, great <a href=\"http:\/\/drewstruzan.com\/illustrated\/\">Drew Struzan<\/a>. This was apparently the earlier poster, but I thought it&#8217;d give a clearer look at Indy. I promised Dire51 (the <a href=\"https:\/\/opcfg.kontek.net\/\">OPCFG<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/splatterhouse.kontek.net\/\">West Mansion<\/a>) I&#8217;d make a poster for Indy when I had the chance, so here it is!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s the Revenge of &#8220;The Revenge of 1989&#8221; once again!
